I went yesterday there and the girl who took my order was so nice with me and treated me well. She gave me advices to choose the drink because you were out of hot chocolate. The Candy bar latte was the one she told me to try and it was so good. I can’t remember her name sadly. The interaction with her was nice ! Thank you girl! In general I love to come here because the team is amazing

The staff at this location are overwhelmed and thus rude and inconsiderate to guests. I sat in the drive through for almost 20 mins, only to be told there was an additional 15 minute wait for food. I was then told I would have to come inside and wait as to not back up their drive through line. Due to a disability this was not possible. What a complete waste of my time. This occurred on 10/29/25 around 12:23pm. The woman on the speaker was rude and inconsiderate and borderline discriminatory. Unacceptable.

The workers here are very nice, and try their best to get the job done. They seem to be short staffed, and still handle a lot. Today the system was down, and they had to work like that, and did a fantastic job despite the wait. I am a firm believer that people don’t want to work fast food cause of the Karens that go in feeling entitled. The amount of customers they get, is hard for only 5 workers. The store is clean and they work hard. To the people that leave reviews about the wait, here’s some advice…you do not have to wait, nor go to this Dunkin. Your not obligated to wait, you choose to wait, only to then complain to higher up so you can get free stuff. If the wait bothers you that much, don’t go to this location.

So I just want to say the store is very clean! The staff seem to be okay, and you can tell that they try their best. Most days they are quick, and other days seem like they don’t have enough workers to handle so many orders. Like today, I would say they had about 4-5 workers, and lots of orders. One worker that looked like a manager, was doing it all. I saw her frustration, and how she tried to make it work. I felt terrible for her because everyone looked like they couldn’t handle it. Then a man and lady were screaming and being rude to the workers. Accusing the workers of stealing husband money when the worker was processing the refund. She tried reasoning until it got so much worse. I’ve never witnessed such a thing. I now understand why some people don’t want to work in the food industry, and everywhere in food it’s understaffed. That worker and other workers deserves respect.

For a fast food place, this place definitely takes longer than a sit down restaurant. What do you mean it took them almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee and a sandwich that they didnt even warm up because it was ice cold. Definitely avoid this place by all means
